What payment methods do you support?

Major credit cards including American Express, Visa, and MasterCard are currently supported in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia, with expected support for other countries to be added.  Paypal is also accepted as a secondary option where preferred or to support additional regions.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

You will receive an automatic confirmation notice from OnlineOrders@dragonwaveinc.com when your order is first placed and payment processed.  You can then expect to be contacted by a DragonWave Order Operations representative within 1-2 business day, who may help to validate your order (to ensure the correct items have been ordered for your application) and provide additional order details (estimated ship date, etc.).

Will I receive a shipment notification?

DragonWave Order Operations will provide you with shipping information once your order has shipped.

Who can I contact regarding web ordering issues?

For any issues, questions, or comments related to online ordering or the eCommerce store itself, please contact OnlineOrders@dragonwaveinc.com.

Where can I see available inventory information?

Inventory levels are not provided.  DragonWave maintains regular inventory of common items, while other less common items may be subject to leadtimes.  Product availability and estimated ship date information will be provided as part of the order acknowledgement process, and the customer can choose to cancel their order at that time if the timing is not satisfactory.

How will my order be shipped?

Most orders will ship from DragonWave's Ottawa location in Ontario, Canada.  Shipping charges are based on rates calculated from Ottawa to the customer shipping region, and make use of standard ground and priority shipping for North American orders and priority shipping for international orders.

What are the shipping terms?

Incoterms are as follows: Delivered at Place (DAP): seller clears the goods for export and bears all risks and costs associated with delivering the goods to the named place of destination not unloaded. Buyer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with unloading the goods and clearing customs to import the goods into the named country of destination.

Can I return a product?

You can return your unused product in original packaging for a full refund (less shipping) within 30-days of receipt.  Return shipping is at the customer's expense.  A refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods and confirmation that they are in proper order.  Please contact OnlineOrders@dragonwaveinc.com prior to any returns.

My product is defective - what can I do?

DragonWave provides a 12-month standard warranty on all products from date of shipment.  Please contact OnlineOrders@dragonwaveinc.com to report a defective product.  This may then be escalated to DragonWave's Technical Support team and standard RMA processes would apply.
